Depending on availability, purchases may be made either directly through JIMMYSNEWYORK.COM or through the assistance of our Concierge Personal Shopper service by phone, email or fax. Online purchases from this website may be made for delivery to any location. For delivery outside of the United States, special procedures may be necessary which may entail additional costs to the customer for processing, shipping, customs, etc. as well as some time delays.

Shipping

As of July 1, 2011, we are offering domestic complimentary shipping on all first orders. Please note that we charge shipping on all international orders.

Online account registration
Registering with JIMMYSNEWYORK.COM will make your online shopping faster and easier. We can store your shipping addresses and billing information so that you don’t have to enter them each time you shop. You will also be able to save your shopping basket, check your order status, and review your order history. Your registered information will be securely stored with us, and you can add, delete, or change your registered information at any time using your password.


E-mails
We may send promotional e-mails to you only if you have asked to receive them. Each time you receive an e-mail from us, you will be given the opportunity to "opt-out" or stop receiving them  Shipping
You will be contacted by e-mail with a USPS or UPS tracking number when your order leaves one of our stores.

Please note: For your Protection a customer signature is required for all shipments over $500.

Although JIMMYSNEWYORK.COM keeps a detailed inventory list, items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 3 business days.


Returns

Any cocktail, evening, bridal wear is considered final sale.

Not returnable at any time: vintage, jewelry, lingerie, swimwear, and sunglasses, sale items.

Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of our dispatch date. Before you return something you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving an item and obtain an official notification note by emailing us at customerservice@jimmysnewyork.com. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel.  

The item must be:

1.) In its original/new condition,
2.) UNWORN
3.) With original tags still attached
4.) Within 7 days

• You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional shipping labels that may be on your return package.
• Merchandise $1000 and over is eligible for free return shipping.
• All merchandise in the Jimmy’s “Sale” section is a final sale.
